Georgian Mourning Ring Amethyst white eye clean diamondsA handsome Georgian mourning ring dated 1794. This ring is inscribed "Ja's Hodge obt 17 Oct 1794 ae 38" under the bezel. Ja's is shortened from James. This ring has a circle of white enamel outside a black enamel ground centred with natural half pearls with a good lustre and a central hair locket.
