This one is 74% malbec, 21% cabernet sauvignon, and the rest is bonarda, all from their own vineyards in Vistalba, one of the highest areas in the Lujn de Cuyo DO. It comes from a selection of vineyards and barrels. Initially, the varieties are aged separately, and for the last six months they are put together in 225 and 500 liter foudres and barrels. This is a very local wine, with that sweetness and succulence that
