So much so that shortly after falling in love with Nebbiolo in 2006, Dave moved to Piedmonte in 2007 to explore his passion for Nebbiolo, and has since produced an outstanding range that is both characteristic of the Piedmont region and innovative in itself. Time spent making wine and absorbing local knowledge at Ceretto have only served to deepen his love of the region and its great
