The wine is made by Guillaume Michaut at his small domaine in Beines, in the heart of the Chablis region. The Beauroy vines were planted by his grandfather, Henri Michaut, in 1980 and form part of the family vineyard heritage that inspired Michaut to establish his independent estate.
