there has been one burnished Eagle issue produced at San Francisco bearing the "S" mintmark for release in the "American Eagle 25th Anniversary Silver Coin Set

I do however appreciate now that the coin does show some very light rub - but AU 50 rub

Memminger at right. Hope with anchor at center. Slight center split and chippy edges, but overall solid with a nice presentation.
