Domaine Achillée Cuvée Alsace, 2021 tom wine Pair with Duck rillettes orThis wine showcases the gamut of white Alsatian grapes, being made from 20% Sylvaner, 15% Riesling, 15% Gewrztraminer, 10% Auxerrois, 10% Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Gris, 5% Pinot Noir, 5% Muscat, 5% Muscat Ottonel, and 5% Chasselas. Each grape is pressed individually to make their own wines, but a small portion of each press and maceration is blended for this wine. 20% of that sees a 2 4 day skin contact, there are no added sulfites, and there is as
