1940s Ruched Ruffle Silk Dress M acc Grosgrain ribbon waistband and glossyUgh. this is so incredibly gorgeous. Vintage 1940s silk dress with an intriguing spirograph sponge print esque pattern in royal blue, aqua green and hot magenta on a cream base. Soft tailored drape features a banded collar strong shoulder bodice over a dramatically ruched ruffle skirt, lending a voluminous asymmetrical drape.
