Drop on handle is 3. 5 Fabric is leather exterior with vinyl lining and metal trim. No label. Very good condition with some minor scuffs as you can see in photos. True color is navy with gold tone hardware. Has bar across top which tilts back to open, metal frame and decorative plate on front, one large main compartment and a zippered pocket on inside wall. **A note on measurements: I
